Vera Roquette Unipessoal, Lda. respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.


1. Data controller

Vera Roquette Unipessoal, Lda., tax number (NIF) 513519289, registered office at Rua Tomás Ribeiro, 51, R/C Esquerdo, 4450-296 Matosinhos, Portugal, which operates the Longevity Lab brand (www.longevitylab.pt). Contact for privacy matters: info@longevitylab.pt.


2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact details: name, email, phone number and address.

  • Booking and payment data: services purchased, dates, amounts and invoicing details. Card details are processed directly by payment providers and are not stored by us.

  • Health and wellbeing data: weight, body measurements, health history, eating habits, sleep and physical activity, which you provide so we can support your program.

  • Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

  • Browsing data collected through cookies (see section 9).


3. How we use your data and on what legal basis

  • Answering enquiries and booking requests: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

  • Delivering the programs, marathons, workshops and sessions you purchase: performance of a contract.

  • Processing health data to personalize and follow up your program: explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

  • Invoicing and tax obligations: legal obligation.

  • Sending our newsletter and news: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

  • Improving our website and services: legitimate interest.


4. Health data

We only collect health data with your explicit consent, given when you sign up. This data is used only to support your program, is accessed only by the mentors working with you, and is never shared for commercial purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Our programs are not a substitute for medical advice.


5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us deliver our services, always under confidentiality obligations:

  • Wix.com (website hosting, bookings and forms);

  • payment providers;

  • communication tools (email, WhatsApp, Zoom);

  • our certified accountant, for tax compliance;

  • public authorities, where required by law.


6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers, such as Wix, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.


7. How long we keep your data

  • Client and invoicing data: for the period required by tax law (currently 10 years).

  • Health data: up to 12 months after your program ends, or until you withdraw your consent.

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.


8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, object to processing, or withdraw your consent. Simply write to info@longevitylab.pt. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).


9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage your preferences through the website's cookie banner or your browser settings.


10. Minors

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.


11. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.


12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
