Cancellations and refunds

1. Transformation Marathons

• Cancellation up to 5 days before the start date: 80% of the amount paid is refunded.

• Cancellation less than 5 days before the start, or after it begins: no refund; your place can be moved to a future marathon.

The 20% we keep covers preparation costs and access to materials already provided.

2. Group programs, individual coaching, workshops and corporate programs

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the proposal or confirmation sent before payment.

3. Cancellation by Longevity Lab

If we cancel or postpone a service, you may choose between a new date and a full refund.

4. How to request

Send your cancellation or rescheduling request to info@longevitylab.pt, with your name and the service purchased. The date we receive your email is the one that counts.

5. Refund timing and method

Refunds are made within 14 days of your request being accepted, using the same payment method you used to sign up.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance.
