1. Who we are

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of our website and to the purchase of our services: online marathons, group programs, individual coaching, workshops and corporate programs. By signing up, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

3. Nature of our services

Our services provide education and support for a healthy lifestyle: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and daily habits. They are not medical services and do not replace diagnosis, treatment or follow-up by a health professional. If you have a health condition, a medical diagnosis or a specific dietary restriction, are pregnant, or follow a prescribed plan, please consult your doctor before starting any program.

4. Who can take part

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. By signing up, you confirm that you are fit to take part in a general lifestyle program that does not require clinical adjustments, and that the health information you give us is true and complete.

5. Booking and payment

• Prices are shown on the website in euros, including VAT where applicable. For services marked “price on request”, the price and terms are set out in the proposal sent to each client.

• Your place is confirmed only after payment or our written confirmation.

• Requests made through the website for programs that require approval are confirmed only once we approve them.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Materials and intellectual property

All materials provided (meal plans, PDFs, videos, guides, recipes and website content) are the property of Vera Roquette Unipessoal, Lda. or its partners. They are for the participant's personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.

8. Community and online groups

In our sharing and Q&A groups we ask for respect, confidentiality about what other participants share, and no advertising. We may remove anyone who does not follow these rules, without a refund.

9. Liability

Results depend on each person and are not guaranteed. Each participant is responsible for taking part in physical activities within their own limits. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

10. Changes to our services

We may change dates, content or formats for justified reasons. If we cancel a service you have already paid for, you may choose between a new date and a full refund.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can submit a complaint to info@longevitylab.pt or through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). For consumer disputes, you may contact CICAP – Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (www.cicap.pt). More information is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you sign up applies to the service you purchase.
